STORE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AS STATED BELOW.
FIREARMS HAVE A 3-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD AND MUST BE LEFT AT THE DEALER
FOR RETURNS. FIREARMS THAT LEAVE THE
PREMISES OF THE RECEIVING FFL DEALER ARE CONSIDERED USED FIREARMS. THE CUSTOMER
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE RETURN SHIPPING FOR ANY RETURNED FIREARMS. IN THE
EVENT THE FIREARM HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT OR HAS A MANUFACTURER’S
DEFECT, ECAA WILL PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
ALL ORDERS THAT ARE NOT FIREARMS
ARE SUBJECT TO RETURN/REFUND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SELLER. IF AN ITEM IS
DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT OR MANUFACTURING THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED OR A
REPLACEMENT ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED PENDING THE INSPECTION OF THE CARRIER UPON
RECEIPT OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S
RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THEIR STATE LAWS PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER. IF AN ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT STATE COMPLIANT
AND NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO OUR STORE THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE
DELIVERY AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS IN ADDITION TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING
SHIPMENT IT MUST BE HELD IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTIL THE CARRIER COMPLETES
THE DAMAGE INSPECTION. AT THAT TIME A
REFUND WILL BE ISSUED OR A NEW ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER DEPENDENT
UPON THE INSPECTION RESULTS FROM THE CARRIER.
ALL PACKAGES ARE
SHIPPED DIRECT FROM OUR STORE TO THE CUSTOMER VIA UPS OR USPS. CARRIERS ARE SELECTED BASED ON THE ITEM BEING
SHIPPED AND COMPLIANCE WITH ATF AND DOT TRANSPORTATION RULES AND REGULATIONS.

SHIPPED VIA AIR TRANSPORTATION.

GUNS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND.

WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL AND ANY REQUIRED
DOCUMENTATION FOR SHIPMENT.
